He’s telling the truth for once. MLs don’t believe that workers should have agency over their lives or the revolution. They only condone violence against capitalists if leadership ordered them to. They’re very much a top down belief system hence the “Tankie” part: ie enforcing political orthodoxy with the threat of violence against the workers.
