Less traffic if you have to drive, less crowded public transport. As a side effect life in the city might also become less stressful, as the noise from traffic reduces.

I have often had the same questions about the 32 hour workday for us blue collars. Often in our cases, the thing we’re lacking is time instead of being able to consolidate work.
