Went outside yesterday. Noticed after a few minutes that I’m doing the turtle head, because it’s cold af. Took shoulders back to correct posture. Vertebral blockage… breathing was a lot more painful afterwards

I got some neck pain a month ago, and in is killing me. Every time I turn right it hurts (on the left side of the neck) and recently it is hurting when I turn to the left too…
