With decimals there is an infinite amount of unit of measurement between freezing and boiling point of water, which according to your system makes celsius infinitely better than fahrenheit.

You know you can break those units into smaller units right?
Also most thermometers are only accurate to about +/- 2 degrees F anyway.
Or essentially 1°C.
