Sure but your comment was a reply that was about the ALMOST 1800s.
Also, I already commented a link about the No Kings protests earlier in this post.
Ah yes, measuring against standards from 200 years ago. Classic way to do things. Literally.

9·3 days agoSAME! Just find it funny that those are the limited selection of “manly” smells.
I prefer floral scents but my wife is allergic.
She’s also allergic to whatever they use for a lot of the “manly” scents so I’m limited to whatever we discover she can be around without sneezing.

5·2 months agoLike any technology, doing it under capitalism is kinda the problem.
There’s no restraint being put up to do it in a way that’s actually FOR the people instead of for financial gain.
I think it can be worthwhile with lessened impact on the environment. Doing it the way we are with SpaceX launching a ton of cheap SATCOM satellites is BAD.

20·2 months agoThe difference is, you can still go somewhere to see the stars. This guy is pointing out that you WON’T be able to do that because of satellites, where changing you’re own viewing area can’t effect that same change.
You seem to misunderstand the premise of this opinion article.

132·5 months agoSounds like you live in a black and white world. Sorry, the world is not as easy as you’d like.
Trying to claim that all people who work in tech are in on sinister plots for Big Tech is cartoon-level oversimplification.

91·6 months agoClippy coding! Newer coders won’t get the reference, older coders can hold it with the same scorn.
I’m surprised everyday by what my fellow US Americans want. I imagine it’s not much different than what propaganda the average russian citizen believes.
There are people in both countries that know what empathy is, and understand they’re being lied to though.
