Unfortunately these policies harm populations that vote against fascism disproportionately so in the long run you get more entitled fascists blaming the victims of the system that directly targeted them as justification for continuing fascism
The US spends more on Healthcare than Europe, or anyone else. We just get worse care for it.
Spending it on enriching the insurance company executives’ pockets to deny care to sick people doesn’t count ad healthcare in my opinion.
