Redditers need to learn that disagreeing with an argument is not the same as ignoring it. (Though in the case it’s just an assertion, not an argument)

Oh absolutely not. I simply treat my commentary on the internet in line with how I treat people face to face. I don’t know you or what is going on in your life. What things you’ve achieved or suffered. I simply cannot devolve a person to fit my needs because I’m hiding behind an anonymous keyboard. I’m not trying to take a moral high ground either. I want us to reach common ground in the end.
I’m convinced 99% of the world cares about a few common goals: health, family, housing, entertainment, peace and fairness.
The fact we are struggling with each other to to figure the best way to get that… shit. You’re like a great person compared to so many that don’t even think about these things or have the education to consider it. It’s okay that we disagree or misunderstand each other. I’m giving us both the benefit of the doubt that our intent is good and not just selfishly.
