Surroundings

An exposed circuit breaker fastened on to a wooden panel, connected with flimsy copper wires. The panel is next to a sodastream carbonator, a bag of rubber bands, a upside down vase, some wall sockets, and two more breakers.

At least you have a main cutoff. I have all the breakers and no way to kill power to the panel.
