    Yeah, without any rounding you end up with Modern UI aka Metro. And that was an atrocity. Even Windows 3.1 had very slightly rounded buttons.

    A sensible amount of rounding without ridiculous amounts of empty space is the way to go.

      That’s usually the sweet spot. Though I usually use rem units for padding
