I’m personally familiar with the sensitivity for wiping though; it hasn’t prevented me from enjoying a back door buddy so long as I’m mindful of not doing it for a little while after bleeding has happened.

Does yours bleed then? Is there still hope for me? It’s not everytime I wipe, just to clarify. I usually use wet wipes to clean after shitting. More often than not it’s fine unless i’m having a bad shit day.

I’ve got a hemorrhoid and it’s fine, just be careful, especially at first. Use pscylium husk (it’s that orange flavored powdered fiber supplement). It’ll help with anal, but more than anything it’ll help minimize the amount you need to wipe, which results in less irritation of the hemorrhoids. Bidets also help, but not with the anal.

Use lots of lube, something small at first (a pinky finger is great) and go slow, once it’s comfortable you can slowly move up in size.

This also really depends on how painful yours is. For me it’s usually fine, but occasionally it causes immense pain, which did really put a damper on anal (as did getting bottom surgery). But by being careful and not rushing I’m able to avoid the pain.

Hey sorry it took me forever to remember to write back but yes it’s happened to me regularly if not frequently, maybe once or twice a year and not a large amount of blood; always superficial and clearly external bleeding.

As for hope, probably? I don’t know your situation to say for sure, I am not a doctor, and I’m not really sure how to define hope in this context. I need to fix my diet usually if it happens which is sometimes a trade off depending on how food motivated I am at any given moment. But your situation could be totally different so if there’s a health impact or more regular bleeding / long term open wounds, definitely see a doctor.

When it happens, I hold off on anal activities long enough for it to fully heal which usually means a few days provided I’m gentle.
