Idk the factory shut down for the holiday, just like every factory I’ve ever worked in. Yeah I’m an intellectual laborer, but the folks on the floor doing manufacturing also got the day off
Back in the day I worked in a plastic molding factory, on the workshop floor. Offices would get free days for everything and different stuff like food days, gifts for Christmas and other things while we got absolutely jack shit.

Yeah that’s bullshit of them. I’ve seen a lot of favoritism towards office workers in manufacturing, but never differing days off
