Not the OP but GPU’s and higher end PC components in general have been ultra expensive since the beginning for most countries. Affordable GPUs were always primarily a US and Western EU thing.

So for the people to whom this service is appealing, playing high end AAA games let alone owning them was never a thing.

I don’t get Vim, at all. If I have to sit down and study it how efficent is it really? I am a fan of Vim inspired software though. Qutebrowser was really nice.
