Same for my ex wife! Except I would never send her this message because I never want to see her miserable face again for as long as I live.

Technology@lemmy.world•Microsoft Office has been renamed to “Microsoft 365 Copilot app”English
24·6 days agoWhat’s funny is their attempts to rebrand Office have just fallen completely flat. Kind of reminds me of when Willis Group bought the naming rights to Sears Tower and all the Chicagoan’s were just collectively like, “Yeah, No. We’re still going to call it ‘Sears Tower’.” Hell, nobody that I know of calls it “Willis Tower.” Nobody calls Microsoft Office “Office 365”. Nobody is going to call it “Microsoft 365 Copilot.” This is just a huge waste of effort by a tech firm that has long since run out of ways to be innovative.

Technology@lemmy.world•OpenAI will allow mature content, including erotica, to verified adult users as of DecemberEnglish
1·3 months agoIt’s pretty hard to find a kid that doesn’t have Snapchat anymore. Basically being trained to hand over all their personal info to random strangers as soon as they’re able to hold a cell phone.
And of course they hide the read messages for the end user to provide the illusion that it’s “deleted” which I have to admit is brilliant. Extremely unethical but brilliant.

Thankfully that was a long time ago. I’ve had a chance to heal and I learned a lot from that experience, especially about myself. I’m doing good now. I appreciate the good vibes though.
