Every time I open this app there’s some random redditor shitting on every post and comment I make in good faith.

This is a negative dopamine loop app. The only enjoyable part of it is trolling the peanut gallery.

And as long as I can get positive dopamine loops from other social media then lemmy is just inferior as a place to spend time.

I’ve tried bringing up these complicated issues in the spaces we are encouraged to talk about them (.db0) and was banned for not complaining about the same things the mods cared about.

Every week i contribute less to this space, i really wanted to support a reddit alternative, but this place doesn’t look like it will be much different.

I think Lemmy will be a good lesson for why reddit turned out how it did, feels like the beginning of a familiar cycle
