It really makes you think if this planet was designed by mice or not.
From the moment I understood the weakness of my carbon, it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of magnesium. I aspired to the purity of the blessed Mg. Their kind cling to their flesh, as if it will not cramp and fail them.
Hydration certainly helps but can also be magnesium deficiency, since it’s a muscle relaxant.

1·1 month agoIt’s dependant on being able to run everything anyone could possibly need. “I don’t use it, therfore it is not essential” is the kind of approach that’s always made it niche.
