Breaking up the Google/Android/Chrome monopoly would be a good start


It’s always the same, big shocking announcement, public outcry, pushing forward with a less shocking version, public acceptance, and then rolling out the rest of the initial plan. Why do we keep falling for it?


I don’t think it is, if it doesn’t run its course on its own, you’re screwed. It’s Debian so you can recover, but, at least for me, it was painful.


CTRL-C-ing apt because it looked stuck for more than 10 minutes. I don’t recommend doing it.


Well they’ll probably reinstall it with every update anyway.
I absolutely love the fact that we’ll most likely never get rid of stuff like that in AI generated content. There will always be things that are wrong/wonky with it.
The problem is when they start making it acceptable to the masses
