    Isn’t war something that needs to go through congress? On top of that, isn’t this an international joint operation between two nations that DEFINITELY would need to go through congress? Doesn’t matter? Okay.

      Congress gave the president the power to wage an unlimited amount of war so long as troops are removed by the 90 day mark. Even then if troops are gone before the court rules, it doesn’t matter either, as was ruled under Clinton.

      Constitutionally, war should go through congress.

      But we haven’t followed the constitution in a very long time, obviously… decades

      that’s what makes someone like Trump possible, and here we are.

        But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case it is unfit to exist.
