42·2 days agoGoogle “verge pc build”. They ran a video of a guy, completely unqualified, building a “$2000 PC”, and doing almost everything wrong. And then the guy called people racists for dunking on him. There’s layers to the story. The Verge has been a joke of tech reporting for years.

1·10 days agoEven corporate IT suffers. At my job, we have to apply updates pretty quickly. If Microsoft pushes a bad update, it’ll probably affect a lot of us. Or when they add a new feature like Copilot, they ship it without any administrative controls to turn it off.

But even if your teeth are just regular bad, that affects how you can eat, and eating is kind of important to living.
Heatsink fins are aluminum. Heatpipes are usually copper. I’m sure we’ll start seeing even less copper and more aluminum.
